1958 marked the 75th Anniversary of the Boys' Brigade throughout the world. It was therefore considered appropriate to commemorate the event on the 1958 Health Issue.

Issue information

The Boys Brigade is the oldest of all the uniformed youth organisations and was first to commence camping with the founder taking the first company for a camp in 1884.

The proceeds of the 'Health' value of 1958 Health stamps were donated to the Children's Health Camps movement.
