About Kiwi Collector rewards

Earn Kiwi Collector rewards on your purchases and receive exclusive collectable products.

Kiwi Collector points are earned on all stamp and coin products issued by NZ Post for collectors. As soon as you open a Customer Account and purchase stamps or coins by mail order, online or over the phone, points will automatically be added to your account.

Earning and redeeming Kiwi Collector points

Earning points

You’ll earn one Kiwi Collector Point for every $1 you spend on eligible products.
Points are accumulated between 1 January and 31 December of each calendar year.
Once you've earned 100 points or more, you’ll be eligible to redeem them for special rewards for the three months between 1 January and 31 March the following calendar year.
You can use your points to ‘purchase’ as many products as you wish, so long as the total value of the rewards you choose does not exceed the total amount of points you have earned.
You can also choose to redeem your points for Kiwi Collector vouchers to spend on a wide variety of stamp and coin products.

Redeeming points

To redeem your points via the website, simply sign in to your account and fill in this form.

As well as placing orders for special rewards products, you can also sign into the website any time to track the points you earn throughout a calendar year.

If you would like help to register a new online account, you can call our customer services team. Or, you can also call us if you do not have access to the internet to place your order.

We send out a mailer at the beginning of the calendar year with a total balance of points you earned from the previous year. It includes a tear-off order form that can be filled out and returned to us. If you would like to receive a mailer in the post, please contact us directly to subscribe to our newsletters.

Redeem your Kiwi Collector points for vouchers

You can also redeem your points for $10, $50, or $250 vouchers. These vouchers can be used towards the purchase of any eligible stamp or coin products (read our terms and conditions regarding vouchers).

You can redeem your points for more than one voucher of any value (points permitting), but only one voucher can be redeemed per product purchased.

Note that vouchers can only be used for an order by contacting our customer services team directly. Vouchers cannot be used for orders via our websites.

100 points	Se-tenant strip, cancelled. The se-tenant block features all denominations from one of our stamp issues from the calendar year in which the points were accrued.
200 points	Se-tenant strip, mint. The se-tenant block features all denominations from one of our stamp issues from the calendar year in which the points were accrued.
200 points	One Kiwi Collector miniature sheet incorporating three stamps from three different stamp issues from the calendar year in which the points were accrued. (One sheet, three different stamps.)
400 points	Two Kiwi Collector miniature sheets, each incorporating three stamps from three different stamp issues from the calendar year in which the points were accrued. (Two sheets, six different stamps.)
600 points	Three Kiwi Collector miniature sheets, each incorporating three stamps from three different stamp issues from the calendar year in which the points were accrued. (Three sheets, nine different stamps.)
850 points	Three unique souvenir covers with Kiwi Collector miniature sheets affixed.
3000 points	One set of imperforate stamp sheets of each denomination, selected from one of our stamp issues from the current calendar year stamp programme.
500 points	$10* Kiwi Collector Voucher. This voucher can be spent on eligible philatelic and collectable coin products.
2500 points	$50* Kiwi Collector Voucher. This voucher can be spent on eligible philatelic and collectable coin products.
10000 points	$250* Kiwi Collector Voucher. This voucher can be spent on eligible philatelic and collectable coin products.

Note: You need 100 points or more to be eligible to claim Collectable Rewards. The number of points required for the different rewards may differ from year to year.
