All stamps in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 20th Anniversary were based on original artworks by Sacha Lees. Three of these paintings have been issued as limited-edition art prints. These hand-signed prints include a cancelled stamp and are marked with their limited-edition number.
A great gift for any The Lord of the Rings fan, only 250 of each print have been produced.
Taking cover in a hollow among the roots of a tree, Frodo and his friends evade an envoy of Mordor. Surprisingly, this forested scene was filmed not in a remote location but in Wellington city’s Town Belt.
