Design
Each coin in this set depicts a creature from Pandora. One coin depicts a banshee, a large, aerial predator native to Pandora. The bonding between banshee and Na’vi is a dangerous rite of passage, but once achieved it allows the creature and rider to fly effortlessly through the Pandoran skies. The second coin shows a tulkun, a creature introduced in the second Avatar film. Native to Pandora, the tulkun is a large whale-like creature that is highly intelligent. The Metkayina Clan share a deep spiritual bond with the tulkun.
