Single $4.60 "Biscuit star, Ulva Island/Te Wharawhara Marine Reserve" gummed stamp.

Made up of three separate areas off Ulva Island/Te Wharawhara in Paterson Inlet/Whaka a Te Wera on the eastern side of Stewart Island/Rakiura.

The marine reserve was established in 2004 and covers 1075 hectares.

Period of sale: Unless stocks are exhausted earlier, these stamps will remain on sale until 6 February 2025. First day covers will remain on sale until 3 April 2024.
