In the true spirit of celebration and unity, New Zealand Post offered you a special joint issue, from the Vatican City in Rome.

Issue information

Cornerstone of the Catholic faith, home to many of the world's rarest artistic treasures and a popular tourist spot visited by thousands every day.

We offered two commemorative stamps, one joint first day cover and two sheetlets of 10 stamps each. The $1.50 stamp featured the beautiful painting of 'Nativity' from the hand of 15th century Italian artist, Pseudo Ambrogio di Baldese.
