Single $3.60 'The Dog' gummed stamp
Central to the goings-on at Footrot Flats and the narrator in many of the cartoons, Dog the border collie gathers sheep into groups and eyeballs them to stop them escaping. In interviews, Murray Ball was often asked to disclose the ‘real’ name of the Dog. To this day, it remains a trade secret.
This stamp issue celebrates Murray Ball's iconic Footrot Flats comic strip. Click here for more information.
