Issue information

The stamp issue included a booklet of ten 40c stamps issued on 9 November 1995. In addition a special miniature sheet was produced for inclusion in a special telephone card/stamp pack that was issued in December 1995.

Due to a postage rate decrease on 2 October 1995 the 45c stamp was reissued as a 40c stamp.
