Stampshow Melbourne 02 was held from 4 to 6 October 2002. The exhibition introduced the Australia Post Cup, a competition that aims to encourage research into the many aspects of Australia Post's current and recent operations.
New Zealand Post joined the event with a special miniature sheet and souvenir exhibition cover.
