You could see the time and effort that went into arranging this presentation, which marked it as an attractive and timeless album. The typefaces, layout, text and graphics were all carefully chosen and designed to hightlight the stamps. From the overall impression to the level of detail, this was a collection that rewarded both the reader and the collector in you, on so many levels. It was a truly visual and factual feast.
Specialist Authors
Once again, we asked experts to share their specialist knowledge and experience with us. The results were wonderful insights and articles packed with fact and personality. Featured writers for this edition included horticulturalist and television presenter Bill Ward, host of Tux Wonder Dogs Mark Leishman, Editor of Rugby News Matt McIlraith, and prolific author Margaret Mahy. You also learned from Te Papa’s curator of History Paul Thompson, Robert McGregor of the Art Deco Trust, and Phyllis Guthardt, Chancellor of the University of Canterbury.
