This four-stamp issue pays tribute to the life and reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Issue information

Queen Elizabeth II was born on 21 April 1926 and has been Queen of the United Kingdom and Commonwealth realms since 6 February 1952. During her reign she has achieved a number of incredible milestones, including being the longest-lived sovereign in history since turning 81 in 2007 and becoming Britain’s longest-reigning monarch in 2015.

This special four-stamp issue shows photographs of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II from throughout her life and reign and is a fitting tribute to this royal icon.

Royal collectables to treasure

Included in this regal stamp issue was a set of two first day covers that were a must-have for any Tokelau or royal stamp collection. Both covers featured photographs of Queen Elizabeth; one of her as a young girl and one of her from 1975. If you place the covers side by side, it seems as if the young princess is looking up to the older version of herself.
