The 1987 Health Stamp Issue featured Childrens artwork.
A design competition was conducted among primary school children to produce designs for the stamp issue based on the theme of children at play. The competition winners were Ineke Schoneveld (aged 7), Aaron Tylee (aged 7) and Lauren Baldwin (aged 9).
The proceeds of the 'Health' value of health stamps were donated to the Children's Health Camps movement.
