Shipping & Returns
Returns policy
Our generous returns policy gives you the flexibility to purchase products without hesitation.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked!
At your option we will either give you a replacement product or refund the purchase price you have paid for the product (excluding any delivery charges you have paid). Please note that this returns policy does not apply to custom goods or services.

Standard Post (within New Zealand)
An affordable way to send your letters and documents to a street, rural, NZ Post PO Box or Private Bag address within New Zealand. The delivery target for Standard Post is up to three working days.
CourierPost (within New Zealand)
A courier service with proof of delivery options to any street, rural, PO box or private bag address in New Zealand. The delivery target for CourierPost is the next working day.
International Courier
A cost-effective way to deliver to 46 key destinations worldwide. The delivery target for International Courier is 2-6 working days.
International Air
Our lowest cost international sending option to send your mail to 220 destinations worldwide. The delivery target for International Air is 3-10 working days.
International Air with Additional Compensation Cover
An affordable way to deliver to 220 destinations worldwide, with the security of insuring your package. The delivery target for International Air with Additional Compensation Cover is 3-10 working days.
International Express Courier (Signature Required)
A prestige courier service to over 220 destinations worldwide, for urgent and confirmed delivery to the door.
International Air Registered (Signature Required)
For sending letters and documents to 220 destinations worldwide, with a 3-10 working day delivery target.
